June A. Webb, Executive Vice President
Ms. Webb joined American Marketing Services as Vice President in 1995 and oversees all aspects of marketing for AMS’s affordable housing portfolio, including designing marketing campaigns, developing and coordinating public relations efforts, including extensive community outreach activities and special event planning, such as grand openings, ground breaking ceremonies and other community oriented events.
Ms. Webb has designed marketing campaigns for and managed the marketing and sales of several large scale mixed-income rental developments including Oakwood Shores in Chicago’s Bronzeville community and Ginger Ridge Apartments, an innovative rental community in Calumet City, Illinois. Currently, Ms. Webb is providing consulting services to Park Bank Initiative and three community-based not-for-profit groups in Englewood. This consortium has come together to spur significant redevelopment in the troubled Englewood community.
Prior to joining AMS, Ms. Webb served as Marketing Director from 1993 to 1995 for Residential Marketing Services. She has supervised the marketing of numerous large affordable housing programs including Newberry Park on the near west side and Park Apartments in Washington Park.
A member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Ms. Webb serves on the Professional Standards Grievance Committee. She halods a Bachelor of Art degree in French from Delaware State College and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
